• All orders over the value of R999 will be delivered free of charge.
• Any order less than R999 will be charged a standard courier fee of R120.
• Deliveries occur Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).

Payment confirmation & Pricing

• Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and verified by Core Group. For EFT payments, proof of payment (POP) must be submitted to info.ARP@core.co.za promptly after placing your order.
• Where an order is placed during a promotional period but payment is not received and confirmed before the promotion ends (or while stock lasts, whichever occurs first), the order will be processed at the prevailing price.
• Promotional pricing cannot be guaranteed or backdated for orders confirmed after a promotion has ended.

Core Computer Business (Pty) Ltd. is not liable for any incorrect order or delivery in which an error in the information that you have provided was made. We will however endeavour to ensure efficient service is received. 

You acknowledge that the delivery of your order may be impacted by events beyond Core Groups control, such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action. Core Group is not liable for late deliveries of products purchased through the Core Groups website. Core Group will, however, try to ensure a smooth delivery process.
