Nintendo Switch 2: All Together, Anytime,
Anywhere – Launching June 5th, 2025

Nintendo Switch 2 is the latest evolution in hybrid gaming, offering enhanced power, flexibility, and connectivity. With a new 7.9-inch full HD screen, dramatically improved CPU/GPU performance, and crisp 3D audio, the console delivers vivid, smooth gameplay at home or on the go. The redesigned Joy-Con 2 controllers attach magnetically, function like a mouse, and support new control styles.

Social gaming is revolutionized through GameChat, enabling voice and video chats with up to 12 players, screen sharing, and parental controls—free to use until March 2026. GameShareallows players to share and play games locally or online with friends who don’t own the title. The system supports existing Nintendo Switch games and accessories, while offering new features like virtual game cards, adjustable kickstand, top-mounted USB-C port, and a dock that outputs up to 4K/120fps.

Nintendo Switch 2 comes bundled with essential accessories and is also available in a Mario Kart World bundle at launch. Additionally, Nintendo Switch Online with Expansion Pack introduces Nintendo GameCube classics in enhanced quality. With strong accessibility features and robust parental controls, Nintendo Switch 2 is designed to bring people together through richer, safer, and more inclusive play.
