Buy & Try allows you to purchase a MacBook and try it for 60 days with
support provided by our team to get the best out of your MacBook.

At any point within the 60 days you can return the MacBook for a refund
should you not be satisfied with the device.

All returned devices will follow the standard device inspection process
before the refund amount is determined and processed.

Any in-stock MacBook Air & MacBook Pro Models.

Simply send a return request email to your Account Manager and or
info.arp@core.co.za. Please include your collection address.
The returned MacBook must include:

1. The original box.

2. The original power adaptor & cable.

3. Any original peripherals.

• All returned devices will follow the normal device inspection process.
• The returned device must include the original packaging, original cable and power adaptor included.
• The MacBook lock should be deactivated from the device before the device is returned.  
• The returned device will be wiped clean once returned.
• Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will process your refund or credit your 30-day credit account with the purchase price of the product.
• Refunds will be done in the form of a credit note for clients with a 30 day credit facility or done electronically via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to a bank account nominated by you.
• The Reseller is required to submit a proof of bank account letter for EFT refunds.
• Refunds are processed within 10-14 days business days.

• This Policy forms part of the Customer Terms and Conditions, and so words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.
•  This promotion is only valid for qualifying business customers.
• Information completed on the online Buy & Try registration form needs to be accurate.
• If you are not 100% satisfied with your Mac purchase, you can return the Mac for a full refund within the 60-day period from date of purchase.
• The full refund will be applicable on a Mac that is in working condition with no visible defects.
• *A 30% handling fee will be charged on damaged devices still in working condition..
• All returned devices will follow the normal device inspection process.
• The refund request will need to be sent via email to the relevant Account manager.
• Refunds are processed within 10-14 days business days.
• Core Group will not be liable for any bank charges, taxes, interest/and or any other fees that may be levied against you for the refund.
• The returned device must include the original packaging, original cable and power adaptor included.
• The MacBook lock/ Find my Mac should be deactivated from the device before the device is returned.
• The returned device will be wiped clean once returned.
• Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will process your refund or credit your 30-day credit account with the purchase price of the product with the consideration of the device condition & handling fee if applicable.
• Refunds will be done in the form of a credit note for clients with a 30-day credit facility or done electronically via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to a bank account nominated by you.
• The Reseller is required to submit a proof of bank account letter for EFT refunds.
• Core Group reserves the right to amend any Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Core Group has the right to reject any returned MacBook if the returned unit:

• Does not include the original box, original power adapter & cable.
• Does not meet the minimum criteria of cosmetic & functional condition as determined by our device inspection process.
• Is not able to switch on or function correctly.
• Has internal parts removed, changed, or replaced.
