1. The competition will run until the 31st March 2025, any entries received after the end date will not be considered.
2. You will need to opt into the competition and complete all questions in the survey to qualify for entry.
3. Winner will be selected through a randomised draw selection conducted by a person appointed by Core Group.
4. There will be 1 winner per prize. Prizes are subject to the availability of colours and stock.
5. Winners will be contacted directly by Core Group.
6. All risks in the prizes pass to the winner upon notification of having won a prize. Where necessary, the winner shall ensure that all prizes are insured against all risks including damage to the prize as well as damage to third party property and persons. Such insurance is for the cost of the winner and neither the Promoter nor any other party associated with the competition will be liable for the costs thereof or be liable should such insurance not be in place.
7. Core Group shall have the right to terminate the competition immediately and without notice for any reason beyond its control requiring this. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against Core Group, its agents and staff.
8. Survey feedback received will remain confidential within Core Group. Feedback will be used for research and business improvement purposes only.
9. By submitting your responses, you confirm that you are an authorised representative of your business an have authority to provide feedback.
